Providing consultancy for building up the budget according to project needs and Horizon Europe regulations. 

Financial consultancy from the very beginning of the start date until the official end of the project by providing projection and forecasting of various long-term scenarios, having budget-actual comparison, analyzing deviations between budget and actual figures on a monthly basis. It will also include periodical financial reporting that has to be submitted to the EU. 

Conduct an internal ex-post financial audit according to the H2020 & Horizon Europe rules and procedures and provide a duly signed Certificate on the Financial Statement (CFS).
